Pictured below is our week old anglo colt by Magnum Forty Four (imp usa) out of the Lunchtime mare Truly Justice. We are thrilled with this boy and he is the first anglo born by Magnum Forty Four of Mulawa Stud.

3rd DECEMBER 2007

We are thrilled to announce the safe arrival of a bay anglo colt by Magnum Forty Four (Imp USA) and out of Truly Justice (TB mare by Lunchtime). We feel very lucky that all has turned out well as this mare had a horrific accident about seven weeks and I wasn't sure if either one of them would survive. Maggie is the sweetest mare and with our help has come a long way in recovery and we feel confident that after a year off from breeding to fully recover, she will go onto breed us some more beautiful babies.

We will post photos of her new baby once he unfolds so keep a lookout for them soon!!

28th NOVEMBER 2007

Well at last we have some news to report! On the 25th of this month our first foal was born for the season. Brown colt from our "Ovaltine" mare Mel's Charade by Merivale Park NV. This boy is a full brother to Naaman Calendar Girl from last season. We think he's pretty special and will mature small galloway. He is available for purchase. Pictured below at 3 days old.

SEPTEMBER 2007

Firstly, congratulations to Ben Dutton of Queensland on the purchase of lovely Merivale Park NV. NV will be used at Stud and campaigned in halter and under saddle. We look forward to following the next chapter for NV. While we wait for the EI to disappear NV will remain with us and cover our lovely galloway mare Janpril Park Valentina.

Also heading to a new home is Foxfire Night Music. We're sure Clarissa Griggs of Tasmania (who also owns Naaman Envious) will have a lot of fun showing Zoe and then breeding with her at a later stage.

AUGUST 2007

Well with winter looking like it might eventually finish I thought it was time for an update. Not much happening over winter but we are looking forward to new foals in November/December. We have two foals due this season. Mel's Charade (by Ovaltine) is in foal to Merivale Park NV for a small galloway and Truly Justice (by Lunchtime) is in foal to Magnum Forty Four(imp USA) for an anglo foal. This will be the first anglo by this stallion so we are looking forward to this cross very much.

All babies from last season have gone to their new homes and settled in well. Naaman Envious (see foal page) has settled in Tasmania with Clarissa Griggs and will be shown in the New Year. We will be following this lovely colts progress with great interest . Naaman Monogram (see foal page) has made his way to Queensland with Tony and Debbie Pike. He will shown lightly has a halter horse before starting his saddle career. Monogram will be a lovely large galloway and can't wait to see him out and about. Lastly, Naaman Calendar Girl (see foal page) had to make a very long journey to Cairns to her new owner, Jess Hannan. Jess also plans to show Calendar Girl in hand and later under saddle. We wish Jess great success with this lovely filly.

Naaman Uptown Girl (Willowcroft Regal Emblem x Janpril Park Valentina) is a lovely two year old filly who will mature large galloway and has recently been purchased by Rebecca Mansell of NSW. Rebecca will campaign "Allie" under saddle and hopes she will make a beautiful Crane Trophy mare, which I'm sure she will..."Allie" is the a beautiful filly with the most amazing movement and a front to die for. There is a foal photo of her on the foal (2005) page.

On the broodmare front, Kolbeach Bracelet (see mare page) has gone to a new home with Kirsten Bates-Taunton in Queensland. Bracelet is again in foal to Merivale Park NV and I'm sure she will have another beautiful foal this season. Janpril Park Valentina (see mare page) has been over at Willowcroft Stud for the past couple of years and is now making her way back home and will be put in foal to Merivale Park NV.

MARCH 2007

20th March 2007

Well we have arrived back home from a very successful Australian National Arabian Championships. This year was the celebration of 25 years of the Championships and they had some beautiful ribbons in silver and white to celebrate.

We took up three horses who all brought home Australian Championships! First was our yearling riding pony filly Foxfire Night Music, next in the ring was Merivale Park NV taking our his award and finally our lovely yearling anglo filly Naaman Flaunt It who really turned some heads. Simon also won the young Adult judging competition for the second time! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed catching up with everyone. Photos below of our team.

NAAMAN FLAUNT IT AND SIMON PARKER

Pictured is "NAAMAN FLAUNT IT" who made her showring debut at the Melbourne Summer Royal this year. She is our lovely anglo filly by Warrawee S'preem and out of Truly Justice by Lunchtime. FLAUNT won her yearling open breeds filly class and also went Reserve Champion open breeds filly. Later that day she was awarded first and then Champion Arabian Derivative Mare or Filly. Not a bad first show and she seemed to have many admirers throughtout the day which was lovely. Also, NAAMAN MIETTA (anglo mare) had a great show placing second in a large open breeds mare class and then winning her open breeds ridden class. Mietta is owned by Frank and Anthony Cincotta and was beautifully ridden by Jenny Mackay.

I must also mention that Simon had a great show not only with our filly but also showing for some of our wonderful friends beautiful horses. Congratulations Judy Ivory with Willowvale Forget Me Not who won Supreme Champion Part Welsh, 2nd in her riding pony filly class and 2nd in her ARP filly class. Julie Conti with Dreamtime Park Valentino who won Champion Warmblood Stallion, Reserve Open Breeds and Reserve Derivative Stallion. Also with Julie, Rathowen By George who took out Champion Australian Saddle Pony male.
